Nesa DeBose

Lead Teacher – 2’s

I was born and raised in Atlanta with both of my parents and two sisters. I come from a very large and loving family. Most of my family does ministry and we love God. We believe that family isn’t just important to us, but also to the body of Christ. We spend a lot of time together doing family dinners, game nights, and enjoying ourselves outside of ministry work. I’ve been around children my whole life and upon answering the call to be a teacher, I entered the educational field twenty years ago. I’ve had the privilege of working inside and outside the classroom as an education coach, curriculum coordinator, assistant director, and various lead teacher positions! I started at Westminster Preschool on March 19, 2024 and I’m so excited to be a part of the WCWM family!

Aniyah DeBose

I was born and raised here in Georgia. My family and I are very close-knit. We love God and serve in ministry at our church together. We are half Native American (Cherokee) from both sides. We love being together, having parties, and having fun. I attended Grayson High School and graduated in 2023. I am planning to enroll in online classes for college this Fall. I have only recently come to Westminster, but I am overjoyed at getting to spend time with these kids!

Susan Gray

Ms. Susan was born in Mississippi and moved with her family to Georgia as an infant. She worked full-time at our Preschool until she retired in May 2020 to have some fun, but we can’t keep her away because she loves our children! Susan came to Westminster Presbyterian Church from Pilgrimage Presbyterian in 2009. She worked in Marketing until she joined the WCWM Staff in 2013.  She is the daughter of Liz, sister to Charlene and Chuck, and Aunt to Laurel, Emily and Ava. She has two four-legged daughters, Kris and Kallie.

Parker Skillen

I was born and raised in Georgia – I’ve lived in Snellville, Grayson, and Dacula. I’m currently on track to graduate this year with my high school diploma. I’m an only child, raised by a single mother. I have family in Sweden, Denmark, and Ireland. I’m also very close to my cousins and both sets of my grandparents. I’ve only been at Westminster for a short while, but I already love it so much!

Mitch Hood

Afterschool Teacher

I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia – you could say that I’m a real Georgia native. I graduated from Grayson High School and received a certification in Sports Medicine from Gwinnett Tech. I’m the youngest of five kids in my family and I’m the proud uncle to 6 kids (ages from 6 months to 14 years old). I’m very hands on with my nieces and nephews – I babysit them, coach their sports teams, and even train them in their sports. I occasionally umpire, but never for their teams. I enjoy being there for them and watching them grow. I started at Westminster in July 2022 as a substitute, and in November of 2022I stepped into the part-time role of After School Teacher.
