This ministry is responsible for the Sunday morning and special service/visitor/member experience.

Sunday Morning Team
  • Serve as church door greeters in traditional and contemporary services
  • Serve as welcome/information booth staffers before traditional service
  • Serve as parking lot greeteres and helpers (in case of inclement weather)
  • Maintain literature and information about church programs in narthex
  • Maintain name tags in traditional and contemporary services
Sunday Morning Coffee Crew
  • Arrive early to start coffee (instructions in drawer)
  • Keep coffee, creamers, sweeteners, napkins, etc. stocked (through working with Wednesday night dinner coordinator)
  • Cleans up coffee service area after traditional service
Special Service Hosts
  • Serve as hosts for special services to which visitors are invited, i.e., Thanksgiving Eve community service
