Fellowship Ministry Committee meets 1st Wednesday in the Fellowship Center at 5:30 pm.

Wednesday Night Dinners
(1 deacons & volunteers)

Sets year-long calendar for Wednesday night dinners with program staff
Works with cook to help plan meals and order food (if needed)

Keeps up with bulletin inserts/sign-ups for dinners
Adult menus and kids menus
Sets prices for dinners (adults/kids)
Make sure menus gets into bulletin & newsletter

Helps recruit/co-ordinate volunteers

To help set up and break down tables/chairs Wednesday afternoon
To help serve food and take up money
To help clean up (wipe tables, vacuum if necessary)

Orders coffee/paper products for Sunday

Sports

Advertises for inter-church men's & women's softball teams and a men's basketball team

Provides info about team sign up, costs, uniforms, and special t-shirts
Provides practice schedules in bulletin and newsletters
Maintains a 'WPC Sport's Board" (pictures, scores, schedule).

Plans/executes with ministry in charge of the event

Special Receptions (Ordination or Installation of Pastor or Going Away Reception)

Works with staff, personnel for dates and times

Recruits volunteers to set up, break down, clean up

Works with Beth Pederson for flowers & Daphne Lewis, Sandy McClain for help with decorating and Lisa Barton (cook) or Barbara Verzyl for food.
