Photos from Bay Saint Louis, MS Mission Trip

The Lowe Girls--Mother and daughters work together, in the second or third stage of rebuilding, to prime a home in Waveland, Mississippi

Eric, Tracy and the Doors--Working with the limited supplies that have been donated, Tracy and Eric work on re-cutting door frames to fit new doors into an older home in Waveland, Mississippi.

Cleaning the Mess--The first step in our work was to remove as much as possible from this home that had been devastated by Hurricane Katrina. This home had layers of mud, dirt and mold mixed with the family's most precious possessions.

Dan Spraying Bleach--After removing walls and ceilings destroyed by water and wind, Dan sprays a bleach solution to protect the home from future mold damage.

Laura "Muddin"--As we prepared this home for primer, Laura uses her newely learned "muddin" skills to even out the walls. This group (in January 2006) was the first help this family had received. They had been working very hard to get the home back to the point where they could move back in and they only had 3 feet of water.
