The Gwinnett Christian Learning Center currently offers The Bible Class at nine area high schools, including South Gwinnett.  The GCLC is a non-denominational/inter-denominational organization that offers credited Bible classes during the school day.  These classes are considered electives, and students receive grades which are included in their GPAs.

The Bible Class is a released time class, where (with parental permission) students are released from their public schools to attend off campus, privately taught classes for one period each day Monday through Friday.  The Gwinnett County Board of Education has approved this program for all area high schools.

Westminster provides a small yearly contribution toward GCLC’s expenses for The Bible Class:  classroom materials, teacher salaries, student insurance, promotional materials.
